Miss Erica, Program Director

Miss Erica has been in the child care field for 13 years during which time she did leave briefly to pursue other career options.  Since she has always had the desire to work with children, a career in child care became her main focus in 2001.  At this time she returned to KCF as the Lead Preschool Teacher.  After two years in that capacity, she was promoted to Assistant Director and in 2006 had the good fortune of taking over for our long time Director Miss Candi.  She has a CDA with an emphasis on preschool settings, as well as all her entry level courses in Early Childhood Education.  She has also completed several college courses on business administration in the child care field.  Miss Erica is also a member of the Wisconsin Child Care Administrators Association.  Through determination and sheer perseverance,  Miss Erica is constantly striving to bring new and innovative ideas to Kids Come First.

Miss Minda, Assistant Director~Infant/Toddler Room Lead Teacher

Miss Christi, Lead Preschool Teacher

Miss Christi is currently enrolled at WCTC pursuing an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education.  She has two years of experience working at another child care center and she is eager to bring some of her great ideas to KCF.

Miss Alayna, Lead Teacher~ Float
